“Between a Rock and a Hard Place” By: André Marin, Ombudsman of Ontario Parent's for Children's Mental Health provides a voice for all children and their families who face the challenges of mental health problems in Ontario. Children with mental health problems cover a wide spectrum and PCMH strives to provide support across this spectrum also.
